A chance encounter brought Lauren Hayes and Jordan Pelchovitz together. “We bumped into each other outside of our apartment building one fateful day and ended up talking there for three hours straight. We haven’t been apart since,” Lauren says. As an artist, Lauren had a clear vision for the couple’s Oct. 25, wedding at The Phoenix. “I wanted something striking and more dramatic than you’d expect from a wedding,” Lauren says. To achieve that goal, Lauren wanted bold strokes of black, white and red, with touches of vintage glamour.
